Do I pay 20% on every monthly charge?
No. Only a marketplace client’s first plan charge carries the 20% fee (clamped to the per-currency floor and cap). Every renewal after that is fee-free, and plans bought through your own studio link are fee-free from the very first charge. Card processing is deducted from your proceeds on each charge.
What happens when a client cancels or misses an included session?
The platform default keeps it fair: cancel 24+ hours ahead and the session is returned to re-book within that period; cancelling later or not showing up uses it. Sessions you cancel always go back to the client, and you can waive a missed one as goodwill. Your plan terms add any further rules, and clients accept them before subscribing.
When does subscription money reach me?
Each successful charge posts to your wallet as its own ledger entry, clears about 14 days later, then withdraws through Stripe Connect like everything else. See the payouts guide.
