Frequently asked questions
Do my clients pay extra fees to Fitsylvania?
No. Your listed price is what they pay. There is no added Fitsylvania service fee (any applicable tax is shown separately at checkout). The platform fee comes out of your side of the transaction.
What do repeat clients cost me?
Nothing. The 20% applies once per offering: a marketplace client’s first session, and separately their first coaching plan charge. Every repeat booking and plan renewal after that is fee-free. Courses are the one exception: every course sale carries the flat 20%.
Is the 20% ever more or less than 20%?
On sessions and coaching plans it is clamped to a per-currency floor and cap: £6 to £40 in GBP ($7–$50 USD, €7–€45 EUR), so cheap sessions aren’t hit hard and expensive ones aren’t overcharged. Courses are never clamped. Stripe’s card processing fee is separate and is deducted from your proceeds on every transaction; the exact amount is recorded on each wallet ledger entry.
