This notice supplements the Privacy Policy and applies where information Fitsylvania processes may be considered "consumer health data" or similar protected wellness-related data under applicable U.S. state laws.

• Goals, injuries, limitations, training preferences, recovery notes, and wellness context you choose to share.
• Information that may reveal a physical or mental condition, symptoms, mobility limits, or fitness status.
• Course, booking, message, review, or support information that directly or indirectly relates to health, exercise capacity, or wellness status.
• Inferences or derived data about likely goals, experience level, or training needs created from the information above.

We may collect this data directly from you, automatically from your use of the Platform, from trainers or support interactions, or from connected providers where you choose to use those features.

We may use it to deliver requested services, support bookings, improve trainer-client matching, provide support, investigate safety issues, comply with law, improve systems, and run analytics or model-improvement workflows where allowed by law and our policies.

We may share consumer health data with service providers, trainers or clients where necessary for the requested service, or where otherwise permitted by law. We do not sell identifiable consumer health data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural or targeted advertising, except where you have given any separate consent the law requires and we have provided any notice or opt-out rights the law requires.
