1. Purpose
This policy sets out the behavioural and content standards that apply across Fitsylvania's search, messaging, reviews, bookings, trainer applications, course marketplace, support channels, and related tools.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- abuse, threats, harassment, hate speech, stalking, or discriminatory conduct;
- fraud, impersonation, fake profiles, qualification misrepresentation, payment misuse, or chargeback abuse;
- fake, incentivised, manipulative, or retaliatory reviews;
- sharing contact information, payment details, or other content for the purpose of circumventing fees, moderation, or required on-platform processes;
- unsafe training instructions, unlawful supplement or drug claims, medical claims without lawful authority, or content likely to create a serious safety risk;
- guaranteeing specific results or making unsubstantiated efficacy, weight-loss, or performance claims; any before/after imagery or testimonial must reflect a genuine, typical outcome or clearly disclose that results are not typical and vary by individual;
- illegal, infringing, defamatory, explicit, violent, exploitative, or privacy-invasive content;
- attempts to compromise security, scrape data, reverse engineer protected features, or interfere with platform operation.
3. Reviews
- Fitsylvania may label or limit reviews as verified where they are tied to real completed bookings or purchases.
- Users may submit only honest reviews based on genuine experiences.
- Reviews must not include personal medical records, phone numbers, payment-card data, unlawful accusations, or irrelevant abuse.
- Fitsylvania may investigate, remove, or restrict reviews that appear false, abusive, manipulated, privacy-invasive, or otherwise unlawful.
4. Moderation and Reporting
Fitsylvania may review, hide, restrict, remove, escalate, preserve, or disclose content, messages, reviews, support tickets, trainer applications, courses, payouts, or accounts where necessary to uphold law, trust, safety, fraud prevention, intellectual-property rights, consumer protection, or platform integrity.
Moderation outcomes may include warnings, correction requests, restricted visibility, blocked new sales, disabled content, access removal, refund review for affected buyers, payout adjustment, or account restriction where reasonably necessary.
Users can use the in-product report and support tools to raise moderation or safety concerns. False or malicious reporting may itself be treated as a policy breach.
