Accessibility Statement
Fitsylvania is committed to making its marketplace usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our conformance status and how to get help.

1. Our commitment
Fitsylvania, operated by FITORA LTD, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the UK Equality Act 2010, the EU Web Accessibility and European Accessibility Act regimes, and the US Americans with Disabilities Act.
2. Conformance status
Fitsylvania is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to reach full conformance.
Measures already in place include: programmatic labelling of form fields and error messages, a skip-to-content link, keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs with visible focus indicators, screen-reader announcements for status and error messages, and ongoing colour-contrast improvements.
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are working to resolve the following:
- Trainer-supplied media. Some images, course videos, and documents uploaded by trainers may lack text alternatives or captions. We encourage trainers to add descriptions, and we are working to introduce automated captioning for course videos. If a specific item is not accessible to you, contact us and we will help.
- Third-party services. Some experiences rely on third-party services. For example, our payment checkout is hosted by Stripe, and optional live video may use a third-party video provider. These third-party experiences may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, and we work with providers and choose accessible options where we can.
- Older content. Some legacy pages and PDFs may not yet meet every success criterion.
4. Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Fitsylvania. If you encounter a barrier, or need information in an accessible format, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected] (please put "Accessibility" in the subject line)
- Or use the contact form and choose the "Accessibility issue" topic.
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days.
